WHAT - A rare case. The police officers, due to the atrocity
of the crime committed against thefamily man, were tried
four months after the killing, in a lawsuit demanded by
the President of Brazil. They acquitted the chiefs of police
Ruy Dourado and Eduardo Batista Filho and the police
officers Altamir Monteiro França, Pedro Hirabae and
Luis Torres Teixeira. They gave the longest sentence
to the "Bull." The sentence was only five months in prison.
Aezio was found hung by, his trousers, in the bars of his cell.
HOW - They started to beat Aezio in front of his13-year-old
daughter with punches and kicks. He suffered several heavy
injuries caused by violent action according to the coroner.
WHY - Because he spanked his daughter with a
wire of an iron..
